Enrollment
In order to enroll in a course it is necessary to request the enrollment form and binding contract directly from the school.
Lodging
For lodging the school proposes rooms with families. Lodging is not included in the cost of the course and the price is as follows:
- CHF 2590.- for full room and board with the teacher's family for 4 weeks
Exams
Exams are given only for intensive courses lasting one month or more.
Cancellation
Cancellation of lessons must occur at least 24 hours prior to the lessons. With 24 hour advance notice a lesson can be cancelled and in so doing can be recuperated. If this deadline is not respected the lesson will have to be paid for.
Didactic material
The didactic material is selected based on the linguistic knowledge of the student and following his/her study method. Each student must do an aptitude test (free of charge) before the start of the course.
Teaching method
The teaching method is deductive-inductive. It starts with a text, a sentence, and with an image to then get to the grammar rule. It doesn't resort to word for word translations.
Duration of the courses
The school is open all year including holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. The courses can begin at any time and depending on the student's necessities. The duration of the courses varies and depends on the goals to be achieved.
