COURSES FOR MIGRANTS

Our potential trainees may have different needs: integration into professional and social life, gaining access to employment, learning a language, managing everyday life, acquiring the necessary knowledge of civic and general culture of the host country.
At the beginning of each course we take into account the overall profile of the participants, as well as their skills, training and work experience, in order to optimize the necessary learning objectives and strategies. Before undertaking the course and in addition to the placement test we ask all our participants to fill out a document profiling their existing linguistic abilities.
The objectives of the training can be of a general, concrete, specific and diverse nature. The exact linguistic objectives are based on the PEL’s (European Language Portfolio) guidelines.
Our teaching methodology corresponds to our pedagogical and andragogic principles. By letting our students work in groups or with teachers, we try to encourage them to interact with each other culturally.

COURSES FOR PARENTS WITH SMALL CHILDREN

Thanks to the course, the child will be able to understand familiar and everyday expressions, simple and short instructions and advice, as well as reading texts with the vocabulary taught in class, and to get to terms with short and clearly formulated messages from radio and TV.
Furthermore, the child will be able to communicate in a simple but clear manner, to answer everyday questions and to ask similar ones outside the classroom, to talk about the topics discussed there and to use expressions and sentences describing familiar people and environments.
